A work schedule so that the Roundtable delivers tangible results from 2027 and consolidates its work in the following years.
Presentation and institutional dialogue
Presentation of the proposal to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism and the Episcopal Conference of Colombia, and a first round of dialogue with departmental governments, industry associations and shrine rectors to incorporate their contributions.
Framework agreement and administrative act
Signing of the framework agreement, issuance of the administrative act of creation and appointment of principals and alternates.
Inaugural session
Approval of the internal rules, the first work plan and the joint observation protocol for the Holy Week season.
Joint observation in the pilot corridors
Southwest and Altiplano: harmonised counts, visitor survey and incident log during Holy Week.
Territorial roundtables and technical committees
Establishment of the territorial roundtables of the pilot corridors and launch of the technical committees.
Budget and project portfolio
Preparation of the pilots' budget and a first portfolio of tourism development projects for submission to FONTUR and other funding sources.
First annual report
Second plenary session: presentation of the annual report, evaluation of the Roundtable's operation and approval of the 2028 plan.
Nationwide extension
Progressive incorporation of the Antioquia, Caribbean and Northeast corridors and, after three years, an independent evaluation of the model.
