Transparency
Public agreements, verifiable indicators and an annual report as an expression of the Roundtable's commitment to citizens.
A shared-responsibility model
The Roundtable is sustained through the shared responsibility of its members: each institution covers the costs of its participation, and the technical secretariat relies on the staff of the body that holds it. Sessions may rotate among the corridors, with logistical support from the host departmental governments, bringing the Roundtable closer to the territories.

Register of commitments
Each agreement adopted by the plenary records the body responsible for its implementation, the resources allocated and the planned deadline. The technical secretariat updates this register after each session.

Documentation and accountability
Every October, the Roundtable presents its annual report to the plenary and makes it available to the media and the communities of the corridors. At the end of the first three years, an independent evaluation assesses whether to maintain, adjust or expand the model.
